This experience was one of the best we have every had in buying a vehicle, I searched on line and found what I was looking for. The employees at this dealership are by far the best I've ever encountered! I was on my way to Ocean City when my car died in Easton, and was not worth the money to fix. We have been entertaining the idea of buying a new vehicle for about a year and a half. We could not decide what type of vehicle we wanted. To ensure we were choosing the right vehicle, Sara encouraged us to look at other vehicles we had thought about before just to make absolutely sure we were making the best choice for us. Once we had made our decision, Sara (sales representative) and Brian Marshall (sales manager) assisted with getting us an excellent price on a new Highlander. They were both patient as my husband and I discussed our options alone. The final step was working with Donna Tolley to close the financial piece. The entire sales team -- Sara, Brian, and Donna -- are all personable, friendly, professional, caring, and all have a great sense of humor, are down to earth, easy going, and make the entire buying process less stressful. They have encouraged us to come back to review any of the accessories we do not understand -- as often as we like! We already have a great relationship with the service team -- Regina and Luisa -- because we bring our other Toyotas in for oil changes and maintenance.
