I enjoyed having a clean car that was washed. After having car for more than a week I love the ride. It seems to both of us that the ride is better.

Friendly! New service personnel at desk. New closure to service final checkout. Trying to assessorizing your visit by add ons that are not necessary to the tune of $500. Shame that they are trying to scare people into this. I hope they come up with a more palatable way of conducting our visit when we come in for regular maintenance. Need more honesty, not looking to sell more to make more.

our 2026 Toyota tundra 4 x 4 had a flat tire while pulling our brand new 26 foot camper. This happened across the street from the coons Toyota Annapolis dealer. Their staff Joe and Joe, beautiful young lady and a nice young gentleman stopped everything and came over with a hydraulic jack helped us get the camper unhitched and fixed our tire. We were not even a direct customer. Great to see people that are willing to go the extra mile. God bless you. Excellent experience during a stressful situation. We will definitely go to them for any new Toyota in the future. Thank you, Joe and Joe. We are new to having a camper and miscalculated and hit a curb. Thankfully, we have been married over 40 years and I don’t think we’re getting divorced yet. I went into the dealership and this beautiful young lady jumped to my aid so quickly she came outside on a hot summer day and assess the situation and got the other Joe from the service department and with a hydraulic jack and a strong back he was able to change our spare.

I had an exceptional experience purchasing my 2026 Grand Highlander Hybrid Nightshade from Tyler Willis at Sheehy Toyota of Laurel. I knew the Nightshade trim would be difficult to find, and I had contacted several dealerships before reaching out to Tyler. Rather than trying to steer me toward a different trim, he went above and beyond to locate and reserve the exact Nightshade I wanted. From the very beginning, Tyler was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He answered every question I had, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. When I picked up my vehicle, he took the time to walk me through the features, helped me pair my phone, showed me how to use the hands-free power liftgate and fuel door, and made sure I was comfortable before I left. What really stood out was that Tyler made it clear his support didn't end after the sale. He encouraged me to call him anytime if I had questions or ran into any issues with my new vehicle, which gave me a great deal of confidence. This is my second Toyota, and although I purchased my first one from a different dealership, I chose Sheehy Toyota of Laurel solely because of Tyler Willis. -Monday, June 29, 2026 1 pm - I drove 70 minutes for my appointment -I told them in advance I was disabled and travel was difficult for me - When I arrived neither vehicle was ready as promised -one vehicle was currently being inspected - second vehicle was not cleaned or inspected - salesperson pushed for financing before I even saw a vehicle. “Something to work on while we waited.” - this was disrespectful of my time and effort. - I paid the price today in physical pain for no reason because of this. - I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership based on salesmanship. -the manager actually continued the pressure by saying the car would be sold as soon as the inspection was done. -you can always LEAVE folks, I did.

TLDR: A great no pressure place to buy a new Toyota. A fantastic stress free experience purchasing my 2024 Toyota Prius XLE and trading in my 2014 Ford Focus. My car sales associate was Dulane Barnes who acted professionally throughout the whole process. He did not give me any round about talk and always was straight to the point with no pressure and always provided me with additional options when one wasn't available. He was very respectful of my time going above and beyond to provide me transportation after trading in my Ford. I was given a fair trade in value for my Ford and was provided quotes from three different sources to explain the number given. Mr. Barnes was professional and personable throughout the whole process and it is appreciated. Sean was my finance associate for the process. He was also very professional, took the time to explain all options, provided me quickly with my temporary tags & registration, and did not pressure me to purchase any additional plans. I had Jazzmine as my customer service representative who acted as quality control. She was very professional and courteous when inquiring about the process I went through to ensure that I had a good experience and what could have been done to improve it. The only recommendation I have, it's not really feasible, would be a snack/small meal (not vending machine) for those who are present more than four hours within the store. Over all the experience was much better than I had been anticipating and I recommend Safford Brown for Sales. Very Respectfully, Shea

Appointment times not honored received the car back with grease spots and they charge around 3 percent for using a credit card when that cost was probably already built into their service bill or parts bill so taking advantage of those who can’t afford cash and I’m guessing most people use credit cards just ethically wrong
