Price Ford Lincoln

I have already rated my experience with buying a vehicle at this dealer. With regards to service, I am surprised how little Price seems to value routine maintenance. I recently had an oil change and 21 pt i at this dealer. With regards to service, I am surprised how little Price seems to value routine maintenance. I recently had an oil change and 21 pt inspection. The service includes 6 qts of synthetic blend oil. When you upgrade to full synthetic oil, the dealer charges full price for the full synthetic on top of the oil included in the service. While the amount is small, no one else in town does this. I questioned this with the service advisor and wascl told "the price is the price". As it is I change my oil twice as often as Ford recommends but I do value having Ford trained techs see it periodically. It would seem like Price Ford would want to encourage service not discourage it. More

its sad to say that if your ford need works go elsewhere.
