Before I walked in there the first time I was pretty sure I knew what I wanted (a Soul) but just needed to drive it for a while to confirm. I also had a firm limit on what I was able to afford. Paige and her colleagues respected my preferences and financial needs, there was absolutely no "up selling" or even the slightest hint of pressure to add extras or inch up in price. I loved that car and happily leased a new Soul when the first lease term expired. Again, Paige and her colleagues made the whole process painless. They explained all the numbers to me, made sure I understood what I was doing, and bing bang boom I'm now enjoying my 2nd Kia Soul from Price. More

We called Price's and described the issue and they initially said they were booked until the following week. When we explained we were from Canada, they told us to bring it right in and they dropped everything to hoist it up and confer amongst them as to the problem and how best to solve it. They came up with a creative solution, fixed the problem and had us on the road to North Carolina within 2 hours and for a very fair price when they could have totally taken advantage of us and gouged us as we were over a barrel. We were blown away and only wish we lived in the area so we could purchase future vehicles from them and enjoy their wonderful service in the future! Thank you SO MUCH! We decided after running the numbers that it was in my best interest to purchase the vehicle. I then worked with Robbie who explained everything. He was very knowledgeable and professional as well When I left after accepting a higher than desired interest , I learned Mike had found a lower interest rate and I was thrilled! He was genuinely working on my behalf . I can't say enough about this team of professionals whose low pressure approach resulted in a high satisfaction level.
