The dealership was nice! I love Joey, he is great. Joey is very helpful and informative. I understand that I bought a used car of a different brand but I was under the impres I love Joey, he is great. Joey is very helpful and informative. I understand that I bought a used car of a different brand but I was under the impression that service was done before we could get the car. I haven’t had the car but one month and it’s saying that I need an oil change. Also, the sun visor was broken which now I have to get it fixed. We were told that we could not get the car for 2 days because they were “servicing” it and making sure everything was good to go. More

I've been to Price Leblanc Lexus 2 times with my 2024 ES350 and was amazed at the organization of the service department.
