We will be counseling your sales associate to make sure our loaner vehicle policy is being properly communicated to our Sales guests. Loaner vehicles are reserved in advance when a guest's appointment time is scheduled to take 2 hrs or more. Of course, we make every effort to accommodate our guests, on a case-by-case basis, if loaners are still available on the day of the appointment.
