Had a TON of concerns about BUYING a 'new', used vehicle over the internet, but this was only option open to me given I wanted a very specific type of car which was NOT locally available to me in my Middle over the internet, but this was only option open to me given I wanted a very specific type of car which was NOT locally available to me in my Middle TN and Upstate SC marketplaces. That said, I found the car I decided to buy because it had the right combination of features, pricing, condition, and total vehicle miles traveled [fewer are BETTER of course in the used market !] My car of choice was a lower mileage, mid-2010's base model LEXUS hybrid, which I sought because I was so impressed with my previous TOYOTA Camry hybrid, which was totaled in a near fatal accident caused by others near my Middle TN home area. The target vehicle was offered by the [only] Lexus dealership in Baton Rouge LA, more than 500 miles from home. PRICE LEBLANC LEXUS, the LA dealer, treated me professionally, had a very competent sales rep, K. Colvin, assigned to me as she is dealer's ASSIGNED internet sales liaison. Everything went smoothly, and the car was delivered by an interstate auto hauler within 5 days of completing the financial portion of our deal. HIGHLY satisfied with the dealer, their sales rep, and overall, the entire internet buying experience. Making MAJOR purchases remotely isn't necessarily for the 'faint of heart', but all's well that ended well, IMHO ! # # # More
