The service was great, but I found out that the lender at Lexus lied to me about insurance for my wheels and tires that he convinced me to get. It cost me an extra $1,400 that I did not want to pay, but he Lexus lied to me about insurance for my wheels and tires that he convinced me to get. It cost me an extra $1,400 that I did not want to pay, but he insisted. He NEVER told me that I could only use it if the damage affected my ability to drive. I've been with Lexus for years, and what this man did was wrong and costly to me! ALL OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS AWESOME! More
