The service was horrible. This was the first time in my ~15 years experiencing this. The loaner was not clean. Once my car was complete, they did not vacuum it or remove the place mat covers used. It was horrible. More

Ms. Missy Harris was my advisor. She was amazing. She called me 40 minutes after dropping off my vehicle to verify issues and make sure she included everything. She immediately offered me a beautiful loa called me 40 minutes after dropping off my vehicle to verify issues and make sure she included everything. She immediately offered me a beautiful loaner that I drove for 2 weeks while my car was repaired. It was nice. They called as soon as it was ready for pick up. Great service. For sure! More

Best I ever experienced. Entire staff was great but Caleb was the best sales person I ever dealt with. I live in Metairie, La and tried three times to buy a car at Lexus if N Entire staff was great but Caleb was the best sales person I ever dealt with.
