Very pleased with service from the day I delivered my car. I was provided with a loaner. My service advisor, Missy kept me informed with status/updates on car. She also made arrangements for my vehicle to be delivered to me in another city( an hour away from dealership). Transport personnel also kept me informed of his arrival time. Everyone i encountered on the day I arrived was extremely courteous and helpful including staff in service area when you drive up. More

Missy and the service team was very accommodating since I was an out-of-town customer. They quickly diagnosed and recharged my AC system. Although no problem surfaced based on diagnosis, I've been advised th was an out-of-town customer. They quickly diagnosed and recharged my AC system. Although no problem surfaced based on diagnosis, I've been advised the diagnosis should have included dye solution to help isolate if any AC leak exist. Thanks for the quick service. More
