Our Chevy dealership is honored to be involved in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk. As a group, we run a team at the Dana-Farber Jimmy Fund Cancer Walk. Locally, we also sponsor Revere Little League teams, youth soccer in Lynn and community football teams. These are just some of the ways that we show how thrilled we are to serve locals within our community.

Mr. Manero, I apologize for our unsatisfactory level of service provided during your visit to the dealership. We strive to keep our service customers informed of the progress our team is making on their vehicles. I looked into your communication with the team and our call logs show two calls to your phone number of record from Letizia on Friday, 8/9 at 4:09 PM and 4:15PM and two additional calls placed by Omar the next day at 9:26 AM and 12:37 PM. Perhaps we had the incorrect number or you were frustrated by missed calls and the need to leave messages. I know the teams are very busy attending to other customer. Terrible service, called many times to check on status of repair and have been ducked and ghosted over and over. Been so hard to just get an idea of what’s going on. At this point I just want the car back!! More

Called so many times it’s not even funny. Not gonna waste my time on the phone with incompetent staff again. Just gonna come in and get it. Should put a little more effort into servicing cars rather than responding to reviews.
