Our Chevy dealership is honored to be involved in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk. As a group, we run a team at the Dana-Farber Jimmy Fund Cancer Walk. Locally, we also sponsor Revere Little League teams, youth soccer in Lynn and community football teams. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE! !!!! They quote, invoice, and charge you for parts and labor that are not performed. I paid them $548.63 for an upper and lower shift cable and when I !!!! They quote, invoice, and charge you for parts and labor that are not performed. I paid them $548.63 for an upper and lower shift cable and when I inspected their work, only the upper cable was replaced. The lower cable was never touched even though they quoted, invoiced and charged me for it. I provided them with video and photos of the lower cable showing it was not replaced and I am currently waiting for a reply from them on how they plan to fix this issue. I wonder how many unsuspecting customers paid for parts and service that was never performed? I would have given negative 5 stars if it was available. Buyer beware! P.S. This after trusting them to replace my transmission at a cost of just under $6,000 then realizing they damaged the output shaft seal as it was leaking transmission fluid. I brought it back to them and they even tried to stick the repair on me until I told them I knew what I was talking about and they repaired it under warranty. Makes me sick! More
