DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE! !!!! They quote, invoice, and charge you for parts and labor that are not performed. I paid them $548.63 for an upper and lower shift cable and when I !!!! They quote, invoice, and charge you for parts and labor that are not performed. I paid them $548.63 for an upper and lower shift cable and when I inspected their work, only the upper cable was replaced. The lower cable was never touched even though they quoted, invoiced and charged me for it. I provided them with video and photos of the lower cable showing it was not replaced and I am currently waiting for a reply from them on how they plan to fix this issue. I wonder how many unsuspecting customers paid for parts and service that was never performed? I would have given negative 5 stars if it was available. Buyer beware! P.S. This after trusting them to replace my transmission at a cost of just under $6,000 then realizing they damaged the output shaft seal as it was leaking transmission fluid. I brought it back to them and they even tried to stick the repair on me until I told them I knew what I was talking about and they repaired it under warranty. Makes me sick! More
