Pride Hyundai advertised on their website a COVID-19 policy that for customers who felt more comfortable purchasing online, that they could facilitate the transaction remotely and deliver the vehicle to us. They kept their advertised promise! Having a newborn baby at home, this approach made us feel much more comfortable and safe and still allowed us to upgrade to a brand new car! All of the negotiating was done by email and phone, all of the paperwork was reviewed over the phone, and they delivered the new car right to our house where we signed all of the paperwork. The salesman we dealt with was Cameron who was absolutely fantastic! He was a great communicator; upfront and open; extremely helpful; pleasant, friendly and respectful at all times; and he always kept me in the loop every step of the process. All in all, it was a great car buying experience and the best car buying experience that my wife and I have ever had!
