Damon Dambrosio sent me a window sticker by email and answered my questions politely and timely, I felt like a good portion of the work was already done by the time I made an appointment for a test drive. Purchase and leasing options based on my goals were presented fairly and informatively to evaluate without me first having to "commit to making a decision that minute" as most other dealerships would expect before discussing finances. I did ultimately decide to move forward that same day and they gave me an accurate description of the process and time to do so (it was a Saturday). Damon was also very accommodating when it came to coordinating delivery of the car once registered; even offering to drive it to my home on his day off.
