I purchased a 2014 Chevy Tahoe from Prime Motors LLC on October 28, 2025, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Immediately after leaving the lot, the vehicle displayed a check engine light and sh October 28, 2025, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Immediately after leaving the lot, the vehicle displayed a check engine light and shut off in traffic. I returned the same day and was told it was an oil pressure/oil pan sensor issue. The dealership claimed to repair it on 10/30, but the same warning returned shortly afterward. I took the vehicle to a certified Maryland inspection facility, and multiple serious safety defects were documented—all of which clearly existed at the time of sale. These included: • Failed brakes and rotors ($1,400) • Unresolved oil pressure/oil pan defect ($1,477) • Engine mount replacement ($1,110) • A-pillar water leak causing interior intrusion ($1,152) These are not minor repairs. These are major safety issues no dealership should overlook or sell to a customer without disclosure. The vehicle was unsafe and unfit for normal driving from the start. When I notified the dealership, instead of addressing the documented safety concerns, the manager became hostile and made improper threats of repossession—even though they are not the lienholder and have no legal authority to repo or track the vehicle. My financing is through Credit Acceptance, and my first payment was not even due at the time of these threats. In my experience, the dealership did not take responsibility for selling a vehicle with significant pre-existing defects, and the customer service turned combative when I raised legitimate concerns. I am now pursuing resolution through appropriate consumer protection channels. I recommend that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here proceed with extreme caution, obtain a complete independent inspection, and review all documentation thoroughly before signing. More

I bought a 2023 Tesla Model 3 (VIN 5YJ3E1EA7PF490986) from Prime Motors LLC on Nov 1, 2025. The salesperson lied about the contract, telling me the financing would be 60 months, but the Retail Installmen from Prime Motors LLC on Nov 1, 2025. The salesperson lied about the contract, telling me the financing would be 60 months, but the Retail Installment Contract I signed lists 72 months with a $379.75 monthly payment. I paid a $5,000 down payment. After the purchase, the car failed Maryland safety inspection, and the dealer refused to repair the issues or correct the loan term. On top of that, they used my phone without my permission to write a fake positive review about themselves, which is completely unprofessional and dishonest. I believe this dealership knowingly misrepresented the financing and engaged in unethical conduct. I am filing complaints with the Virginia DMV Dealer Board and the Maryland Attorney General. Buyers be very careful. Read every document before signing and do not hand over your phone or let them post anything under your name. More

I drove 3 hours to purchase a vehicle.
