Very poor customer service and vehicle maintenance. was told this week that 2 tires needed to be replaced. The car is barely 2 years old. Apparently there is uneven wear. I’ve brought in for regula was told this week that 2 tires needed to be replaced. The car is barely 2 years old. Apparently there is uneven wear. I’ve brought in for regular maintenance and never once were the tires rotated nor was it suggested. This is the second time that alignment and balancing was done. Why were tires never rotated? 30,000 miles on a new vehicle seems early to already replace tires. The service rep. was unable to speak in clear sentences and spoke in circles. I finally told that that if she didn’t know the answer to my questions to just say she didn’t know instead of talking nonsense. I asked that tires be rotated but was told that mechanic didn’t want to do. I asked at the cashiers to speak to someone who could help me, either another advisor or a manager. Was told that no one was available but that someone would call me, which never happened. More

⭐ ZERO STARS if that were an option. I have been dealing with Principle BMW of San Antonio for three years, and every visit somehow ends with them recommending $2,000+ in “urgent” rep I have been dealing with Principle BMW of San Antonio for three years, and every visit somehow ends with them recommending $2,000+ in “urgent” repairs. At this point, it feels less like service and more like a sales pitch. My most recent visit was the final straw. They charged me over $500 just to inspect my vehicle, and the technician ultimately said the only thing needed was topping off coolant. Yet somehow they still tried to sell me a transmission flush that I did not request. It gets better. After they replaced one of my tires previously, my tire pressure light suddenly came on. When I asked them to check it, I was told that ALL of my TPMS sensors needed to be replaced for around $2,000. Funny how that issue appeared immediately after they touched the tire. When I declined the repair, they charged me another inspection fee because they had already looked at the car. So let’s recap: • $500+ inspection fee • Coolant topped off (the only real issue) • $2,000 TPMS recommendation after THEY replaced a tire • Another inspection fee when I questioned it The service advisor Andrew (who said he’s an assistant manager) then offered a $50 credit on a $500+ bill for doing essentially nothing. That felt more insulting than helpful. Over the years I’ve also heard that this dealership previously had to fire mechanics for dishonesty and charging customers for work not completed. Based on my repeated experiences, it’s hard not to question whether those issues still exist. After three years of inflated repair recommendations and terrible customer service, I can confidently say this dealership cannot be trusted without getting a second opinion. If you own a BMW in San Antonio, do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else. More

My BMW car got a repair done a week ago. Miss Kristian Chen was my service advisor, I would recommend Miss Chen because she is approachable and she explained everything to me about my car.
