Needed service for an AC blowing warm air, brake fluid flush, and an oil change. The service rep, Donovan was easy to work with and explain quote and later called stating that the AC was a result of low flush, and an oil change. The service rep, Donovan was easy to work with and explain quote and later called stating that the AC was a result of low coolant and leak in the radiator. I elected to get the radiator repaired rather than replaced. Picked up the vehicle the next day and noted that I did not receive the complimentary car wash nor were the oil change and brake fluid service notifications reset. Two days later the AC isn’t working while the radiator fluid level is in the acceptable range. Now I wonder what I paid for? If the reset wasn’t complete on the oil change and brake fluid flush, perhaps nothing was done and I’m a fool for trusting Principle BMW of San Antonio. Now waiting on a call back from Donovan the service rep. More
Help with outdated GPS system on a New 2025 x5 was nonexistent!! Dealer said not their problem-universal GpS problem with BMW….
