On April 27, 2026 I took my Daugther mini coupe to principle BMW here in San Antonio, as a single mother and trying to provide and just recently diagnose with cancer, I wanted the best in quality serv principle BMW here in San Antonio, as a single mother and trying to provide and just recently diagnose with cancer, I wanted the best in quality service in order for my hard earn money to show with the final results in my head I was thinking one payment with the job been completed by the best, I was completely wrong, I was told a complete diagnostic with the results shown the coolant container broken causing the coolant to leak, a experience technician will come to the conclusion if the engine is not receiving coolant it would make the engine to be heated, they decided to just tell me the coolant was replace costing $ 2090.00 we left happy trusting BMW. 45 minutes into the middle of the highway the vehicle stop, we had to pay towed and ubber home. BMW did not own up to their mistake all the blame came to me with them having to do another diagnostic that is how their business make money off the poor they told me the spark plugs and engine was cover in oil, with them giving me option of they selling me an engine with 90 thousand miles for the amount of $ 8,000 they discounting the previously paid $ 2090. Like they doing me a favor they will make me pay $ 6800. Knowing my situation and all the medical bills I have, they kick and step on you when you down. So I told them I can't afford that amount you guys miss the point the first time and now I have to pay for your errors if missing it the first time, I send a message to the general manager, he completely ignore it Mr bigshot. I was offer $1000. With a discount of $500 for the second diagnostic with a final offer of 500. Dollars, I pay 10,000 so I refuse the offer because another shop is willing to look at my vehicle and is willing to do the job correctly. BMW the high standard I was imagining in my head that your company represent it was all in my head, to all the people out there if your intention is to get your hard money worth run as fast as far possible from principle BMW of San Antonio shame shame the stress you guys put me thru left me in the hospital and with the Dr's finding other spots in my lugs. BMW asking me to take this post down, I'm not reason why the $ 2000 dollars you guys gave me is was for the coolant that needed replacing and BMW end up staying with it and my vehicle for free is like this customer is stupid let's play her, no I'm not you played yourself because every consumer out here will know with this post how BMW get down with his customer down and dirty just to make a buck and take from those who is in need. GOOD LUCK 👍 general manager you should be shame off how the company you running is treating the customer who generate your pay check. Don't call me unless you want to correct your wrong doing have a plan before you contact me. More
