How awesome would it be if Bryan Barton, General Sales Manager, or even the General Manager, would take the initiative to reach out to the client to offer customer service? But instead, BMW of San Antonio has an unnamed representative make suggestions for the client to take the initiative to reach out to the "customer service-LESS" BMW of San Antonio store. Way to solve a lack of service with MORE lack of service. At least you're consistent.
