First time having service performed here. I was pleased with the service, but not the bill. At the bottom of the invoice was a $4.19 charge for DATA STORAGE FEE. I politely asked if they could not store my data and remove the charge. Wasn't negotiable. Even if it’s just $4, it’s a xx charge and should be included in the price of service, not a separate line item. Stupid things like this is why people hate going to car dealerships - you always feel like you’re getting taken somehow. More

I brought my car in for repair had waited 2. 5 hours only to find out my car had not been seen by anyone. I was upset had to speak with manager. I was informed that it was a 5 hour job. I received text to review information the next day at 11:50 am. I spoke to service advisor Maben only to find out that half of job completed. Again, I reached out to manager to get things right. I have k own Mabem for 9 years. It appears he was having an off day I had originally made appointment with Libra. He had a medical emergency on this day. I guess next time I will wait for Libra. Overall got car fixed besides internal systemic problems. Thanks David for my discount and 👀 the process through.
