Took our golf in for brakes and and less than three weeks later I’m paying even more than the original price of repair due to their failure to do the job and inspection of the work efficiently. It could have been prevented. I discourage anyone from giving this dealership or service department business. There are plenty of other VW dealerships in the metroplex. More

I bought a Mercedes from Principle in Irving three days before Christmas. It is February 27 and I still don’t have my title and registration. They didn’t return two of my phone calls.
