Priority Acura’s service department is an absolute disaster. The younger blonde woman working there is blatantly unprofessional, shockingly rude, and utterly useless. It’s clear she has no interest in disaster. The younger blonde woman working there is blatantly unprofessional, shockingly rude, and utterly useless. It’s clear she has no interest in helping customers and lacks the basic skills to handle her job. To make matters worse, this place has no respect for the military community, which is disgraceful. They couldn’t even manage a simple service appointment I scheduled online two weeks in advance—when I arrived, they acted completely clueless about why I was there. If you value your time, money, or basic decency, avoid this place at all costs. More
