My experience at Priority was the most pleasant I have had at any dealership. From sales, to finance, to the owner, I felt that I was in great hands as they were all very knowledgeable, patient, and frien had at any dealership. They took the time to go through all my options, both in terms of the vehicle I wanted and financing, and they did so honestly. I did not feel pressured in any way and I believe they all genuinely wanted me to leave happy and with the best deal possible. The owner, Paul, is wonderful and he has done an excellent job picking his staff. I left very satisfied and excited about my beautiful 2021 Jeep Cherokee. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!!!! More
I had my car repaired here. I found Oscart and Jason polite and knowledgeable. I wish I could give them a zero!! This is long but please read...it will save you a big headache & a lot of money! I brought my 2016 jeep in for a check engine light. They told me I had an oil leak/the part read...it will save you a big headache & a lot of money! I brought my 2016 jeep in for a check engine light. They told me I had an oil leak/the part was unavailable for MONTHS/and I should not drive as I could blow the engine every time I turned it on. Within 12 hours I had found the part w/a simple google search. I called my local mechanic(the amazing Prolube on Elm St in Amesbury) and he too was able to find the part and had my jeep fixed the next day!! Priority also fixed my brakes while at the shop. I had a coupon-they sent me- that would have saved me a significant amt of money and they refused to honor it(somehow my brake job didn't qualify). They also charged me almost $200 to remove/replace wheel lock they said was stripped when rotating tires. When asked how that happened, the answer was "the last person to touch tires stripped them". THEY are the only people to ever touch the tires! This place has an AWFUL reputation for service. I have many friends who have jeeps who have told me scary stories about the service dept. and will not go there. I wanted to give them a chance because I did have a good experience w/the sales dept when I bought the jeep. But I have learned my lesson...I will never again bring a car to these people and you shouldn’t either! More

Purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and leased Dodge Ram same day. Sent a friend who leased 2 Jeep compasses the following week. One month later sent parents who leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Ram. ....f day. Sent a friend who leased 2 Jeep compasses the following week. One month later sent parents who leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Ram. ....fast forward 1 year and I traded my Jeep in at another dealership. That dealer gave me info I needed to contact the finance manager at Priority to cancel the extended warranty I had purchased and said I should have the money back 4-6 weeks. It has been 5 months and my husband as well as myself have called numerous times and no response. Received one email response from Jimmy that was completely unprofessional and contained about 3 words then never responded to me again. I have never dealt with such horrible customer service in my life. Not to mention the Jeep Patriot I had traded in to purchase that Jeep Priority took 3 months to ground which had a negative impact permanently on my credit report and I literally had to call them repeatedly for that issue as well. Will be contact BBB as well regarding this matter. SHOP ELSEWHERE !! More
Let me be clear, don't read all these bad reviews because my exeprience at the dealership was the best hands down. Did all the negotiating and finances through email and phone. Kendall was amazing! I needed to get out of my car and she did everything she could to make it happen. She was extremely responsive and patient. She went the boys extra mile to get me into the right truck. Now I'm in my beautiful 2020 Ram 1500 Warlock and couldn't be happier!! More
