I have to say that I have bought over 15 cars in my life and this was the easiest and honest car buying experience in my life. Ernie was outstanding and made the process actually enjoyable. He obviously knows about his inventory and cares about his customers. Ernie was able to make a deal that out surpassed every other dealer I went to before them. You hear the saying "Shop us last" well this is the place to do that!! I would recommend this dealership and specifically Ernie to everyone looking to buy a new car. I will never go anywhere else and my wife will be looking for a car very soon and I will make the trip to Priority for sure. More

Worst Car Buying Experience They delivered the car dirty, without a spare set of keys and with substantially more mileage than listed on the bill of sale. So many miles we had to They delivered the car dirty, without a spare set of keys and with substantially more mileage than listed on the bill of sale. So many miles we had to rewrite the lease agreement to reflect the new amount. The told me they lost the spare set of keys and then wanted me to pay for another set. The sales manager reminded me of a tweeker. Their sales team constantly send me spam emails even after I have called and written to be removed. More

I wait again the salesman come out and says let me show you the vehicle we want you to buy. totally different than what i wanted so i said i am all set ,after i sat there for 2 hours sitting there for nothing .do not go here More

Horrible. Rude. Ignorant. Greedy. Go somewhere else I've had the worst experience ever with this little greedy dealership. I spent over 8 and a half hours there. I test drove a car with no gas so I was I've had the worst experience ever with this little greedy dealership. I spent over 8 and a half hours there. I test drove a car with no gas so I was only able to go down the street and back. They wouldn't let me leave. I was there from 2pm to 11pm. They told me since I was there for so long, I can take the car for the weekend and get a feel for it and they'd give me gas. They said I had to sign papers first to make sure I'm covered in case something happens or if I got pulled over. We were supposed to come to a conclusion on Monday because by the time we were done, the banks were closed. I told my salesman on Monday the 3rd that I do not want the car. On the 7th, I was threatened with reposession. I called the bank, they said the loan was submitted on the 7th. Let me remind you, on the "3rd" I told them I do NOT want the car. Why the xxxx would they submit a loan on the 7th?! The GM Mikey is ignorant. I told him what happened and the text between his salesman and I ... he says "too bad. You now have a car payment and if you don't pay, you'll get repossessed." Mikey called me on a Saturday and says "the car is in Warwick Rhode Island, if I were you ... I'd go hunt it down." But how did it get there? I haven't had the keys for over a week. How did it get there? The car was in their possession. Anyways, worst experience ever. Save your money and credit and go somewhere else More

Ernie spent time going over the vehicle's features with me and made himself available for questions after I left the dealership to think about my options. Paul and Josh were great resources as well and made themselves available to answer my questions. Everyone at Priority was professional, positive, friendly, respectful and helpful in walking me through the sales process. Excellent! Searched for numerous months for a decent jeep within my range of finances and look I wanted, giving winter is near. My good friend Leo sat for 2 months after I got in touch with him over my deliema of having my Chrysler 300 totaled not being in the vehicle insurance don't want to pay yada yada so for 8 months I've been paying on this other loan and insurance for a car I haven't been able to drive none the less sit in. Aggravated to my wit's end I got a message from Leo 2 months later with a picture stating "I have your Jeep". I immediately responded and went that day to check it out, knowing leo has my interest as well as my finances in mind which I couldn't ask any more from this guy he pulled strings and even came in on his day off to settle with banks and get them down to the price I can afford and I couldn't be happier to jump into the nicest Jeep for its year with low low miles even with some extras I would've installed after I bought it lift/tires/ect. Showed up today to sign the papers and they had it cleaner then when I first went and saw it tuesday! Absolutely one of the easiest straight forward dealers to work with at a dealership that's thriving with new and nice preowned vehicles. Theres a difference when you deal with priority they get it done with you in mind! More
