Within a year we were going to have to replace our 10 year old car. I wanted a truck, my husband wanted a quiet-comfortable ride. We happened by the dealership and had one mission: drive a Ridgeline and see if there was common ground. Once that was done we headed off. But NO, my husband is in love. The truck is great. We had a sales person, Sam, who knew everything about the vehicle. He answered questions directly. He listened when we noted our preferences. We bought the truck but now the real review starts. In my opinion, it is easy to be nice before the check is signed, so that does not count for much. What about after? Sam, personally delivered the truck to our house. He sat with me and went over all the systems. He explained how to take advantage of the free services. He invited me to call with any further questions. At no time did he get impatient with my efforts. But, wait there is more. The truck is registered out of state. When the 30 day temp tags were about to expire, I called and arranged to pick up a new set of temp tags. I said that I would pick them up that evening. When a problem developed, the woman, Tasha(?) called me, stated what the problem was, had a solution, and took ownership of it. The next day, Derek called me back, problem solved. I asked that the plates be mailed to me. Within 24 hours, I get a overnight envelope, my new tags! More
My 2011 Black Honda Accord, was vandalized on Oct. 1, 2022, it has been at the Mercury Blvd. location since Oct. 11, 2022. The part needed for replacement has a chip and they said it should be in by 1, 2022, it has been at the Mercury Blvd. location since Oct. 11, 2022. The part needed for replacement has a chip and they said it should be in by December.. No part January, no part, February no part and now they say March. I need transportation and I feel like I am getting the run around. I am on a fixed income and the caregiver for my disabled daughter. I have to rely on others for transportation. I feel like I am getting the run around, I need transportation!!! I will be sending this e-mail to the General Manager, BBB, Channel 10 and 3 Investigative Reporters. More
