Great Experience ! When I first went to the lot, I was super worried that I would have to deal with one of those harassing type of salesman, but then I met Michael Russe When I first went to the lot, I was super worried that I would have to deal with one of those harassing type of salesman, but then I met Michael Russell, a.k.a Uncle Mike. He made me feel super comfortable right off the bat, kind of like the cool uncle, which is why I started calling him Uncle Mike, lol. He didn’t push me into anything I wasn’t okay with and he talked me thru everything. When I went back to actually purchase the car, he made everything so easy and efficient. Even the problems I addressed with him about the car, he got on it right away with a smile on his face! I would definitely recommend this dealership and Uncle Mike to anyone who was in the market for an Infiniti!! Even the guy who walked me thru all the paperwork was awesome! He answered my questions without talking in circles and explained everything I was signing. It was also nice that the manager came in to speak to me and assure that I would be taken care of.
