It was a good experience thanks to all the participants in the sale, friendly and helpful always gave me a respectful actitud. I might not be the most easy person to deal with but when people listen your needs then they can address those needs better. Not sure if I got the best deal ever and somehow it bother me that “ I didn’t understand correctly how maintenance services truly works” but at the end I did buy the car and at the end fill happy for it. I received outstanding service from Roger Ponce on my recent service. I have an older Mazda (2000 MPV) and Roger always explains the work that needs to be done and what I can defer. He recently had to locate a drivers side mirror for my minivan. When the mirror came in he had it installed and noticed there was a crack in my coolant reservoir. He had to locate another one for my make and model and had it delivered in about an hour so I didn’t have to make another visit for repair. That was outstanding customer service. And I truly appreciated his hard work and going the extra mile. I plan on bringing both my Mazdas to Priority with my service advisor. He is definitely an asset to the dealership.
