was not happy with my experience with priority. when getting there I had an appointment with a salesperson that had spoken on the phone the previous day. so, when arriving to the dealership I was a when getting there I had an appointment with a salesperson that had spoken on the phone the previous day. so, when arriving to the dealership I was approached by salesperson not the one I had an appointment to see. I told the salesperson the name of the person to see and he said that ok I can help you, I don't think that is right when you have appointment with someone else. He doesn't say are check if the salesperson that I had the appointment was available. I told him am her for the 2026 GMC terrain elevation with 7500 miles. After that he got the vehicle for a test drive, after getting back we went inside they never wont over the vehicle with me just seem he was looking for sale. never said anything about missing like one key fob and the cargo platform. also, never mention that it was in a rear accident and was repaired by them. that can expand why I had cleaned out were the spare tire was and also never mounted the spare tire not to safety. They must take out the cargo platform never install it, that missing too. On that page there was nuts and bolts in the spare tire compart. I know that it's a used vehicle, but when the dealership said everything was look over and like new are you spoused to truss them? The dealership sales a lot of used vehicles I would like the service same as a new one. More

Anthony Vargas (my service advisor) does a very good job of getting my car serviced as quickly as possible, and advises me on those critical items that need fixing, and those that can wait six months.
