I was there for oil change after over 2 hours i ask what is going on with my car my service adviser told me my car was ready go pay after i paid i was keep waiting but for my car was not there i went ask ask again where is my car my service adviser point to me another car and ask me if that was my car i said no that is not my car i made a big mistake i ask for a manager someone took me to the service director office WOW what a rude and unfriendly person was he talked to me very rude i love to come in person and tell you all about it they told me they lost my car keys after another 45 mints finely i got my car i want to say the way your director of service treated me i didn't sleep the whole night i love to come next week and see Susan in person .Thanks

"Poor service "

Yesterday after waiting more the 3 hours and 40 minuets for an a oil change they call me to pick up my car when I get into the car I discovered there’s a water everywhere inside my car floor I ask the service adviser how the water get into my car he has no explanation after that I found out that it was raining and they left my windows open no apologies or explanation .very sad experience

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional attention given to me by Mr. Paul Sonnhalter. Not only did he explain the process, but estimated a time of completion that was spot on. He paid attentoin to my concerns and answered all of my questions. Springfield Toyota should be proud to have such a dedicated and pleasant individual representing their business. I will certainly come back to Springfield Toyota (Priority Toyota).

"Above and beyond - Paul Sonnhalter "

Paul Sonnhalter is nothing short of incredible. He always gets the job done regardless of how involved the job may be. Paul has taken care of my Prius for years and helped me to customize it by installing lowering springs, stabilizer bars and other performance enhancing features. Recently I asked Paul if he could do the same to my Honda CR-Z. (Not a Toyota). Paul literally bent over backwards to make it happen. The price and quality of work were exceptional. I’m Super-satisfied and will always go to Paul first regardless. He is the best of the best and an amazing ambassador for humanity because of his positive attitude and overall respect for all people. If Paul were to run for public office, not only would I vote for him but I would volunteer my time to support his campaign. Why? He’s all about doing things the right way and getting the job done. He is what’s great about America.

"Horrible customer service from Service Department"

Received a recalled notice from Toyota, called to schedule an appointment for the recall. First answer from Service team was they need 1 or 2 days to call me back to schedule an appointment. I waited 1 day without reply, called to service team again to follow up. Appointment is made 3 days after I called. Dropped of my car to the service woman at the dealership at the appointment time. Service woman told me that my car should be able to pick up in 3 to 4 hours. An hour after I left dealership, service woman called me that the dealership doesn't have the part for my recall service. I was so angry and frustrated because he should have checked his inventory when he scheduled appointment with me, and/or when I dropped off my car to him. What kind of customer service this dealership provided?! It wasted my time and delayed my recall service!!

"Top notch service and customer support from Ms. Pablo"

When the almighty Air Conditioning stopped blowing cold air in our beloved 2005 Tacoma along with some unpleasant smelling ventilation air, we hesitantly took the 'ol Taco to Priority Springfield for service. I'm usually the type that avoids dealership service departments at ALL costs, but just moving to the area and having Priority Springfield so close, we decided to take a gamble. From scheduling the appointment to dropping the truck off, we were impressed with the courteous and friendly assistance. The true all-star of our visit was Ms. Dana Pablo, she was in constant communication with us during the entire process and explained recommended work in a very clear and easy to understand manner that made us feel reassured that the proper service needs were being taken care of. Let's be honest, taking a 13 year old truck in to a dealer for service, one fears that the service department would salivate at finding numerous things that really don't need to be addressed. That was not the case here as Ms. Pablo and Priority Springfield were above board on all the absolute service needs and the ones that can be addressed in the future. Ms Pablo's professionalism and customer first attitude is something that we don't see as often these days, so when we say it was a refreshing experience and pleasure to work with her, we 110% mean it! Priority Springfield has a true long ball hitter on their roster, and we would not hesitate on taking our vehicles back to this location for our service needs. A big appreciative thanks from us!

Paul Sonnhalter has been my service advisor for 13+ years now, and he has repeatedly given me professional and reliable and trustworthy advice on the service needs of my vehicles. In every encounter, he's been professional, accurate, helpful, and friendly. I trust him implicitly, to the point I followed him to his current dealership. How often can you say that about a service advisor?

"Bad customer service department "

For the first time I was so disappointed by the customer service especially for how the advisor Dana ignored me, answered her cell when I was talking to her, she did not listen the issue I explained about my car and it was not fix. I did not feel value as a customer at all, she was totally rude. She was worry about her food than customer.

"Do not bring your car here for repair!!"

Brought in car for service. They didn't put In oil and clogged up oil pump filter then recommended entire unnecessary engine overhaul for $4000!
