The Service Department is the best in the area. They get you in and out as quickly as possible. Also the Priority Toyota Service Advisors do not try to sell you something you don't like other dealers I have been to.

"Undercoating for 2018 Tacoma TRD off road"

Purchased the undercoating along with a brand new Tacoma TRD off road at this dealer on 09/19/18. Scheduled to have the undercoat work on 09/27/18. Got the truck back on same day and the result was awful. This undercoating looks like was done by high school kid using the rust-olem spray can to apply. The so call "highly trained" technician miss several places on the frame. The original frame came in glossy black and you can see the glossy black spray all over the frame. Came back to the Dealer on 09/28/18 and demand an answer and talked to Ms. Kibebe Tezera. She claims the tech purposely missed the spot to protect the electrical component . This is bull, because the spot they miss, i don't see any electrical wires. I've owned 3 Tacoma and all got the undercoating done and none of them looks like the one was done by Springfield Toyota. Back and ford, Ms. Kibebe Tezera suggest to have the undercoating re-do and promised to fill up the tank and put me the loaner car. Call back on Sat 09/29/18 to confirm the time and availability of the loaner car. Talked to Ms. Stefanie Davis, whose the manager. She re-ensure the loaner car will be available when i come back. Today, 10/03/18, after dropped off the truck to have the undercoating redo and talked to Mr. Fred Corbin the Assistant Service manager. When I ask him about the loaner car, his respond was, nothing available. When i ask him can your shuttle take me to Tyson Corner, his respond was, "our shuttle can only take you up to 5 miles radius". I ended up taking Uber to get to Tyson Corner BOTTOM LINE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS STEALER IF YOU NEED TO HAVE ANY AFTER MARKET RELATED DONE TO YOUR CAR.

"Poor communication and customer service"

I bought my car this dealership on Nov 2016 and I have been coming here since to do my oil change. My last service adviser Dana wasn't helpful. After my car done for servicing she didn't call or text - I had to text her to ask my car status and she said will be coming soon. I came after 40 minutes and the car wasn't ready yet. I had to wait her for another 45 minutes before I spoke with a manager who went downstairs to bring my car to me. Basically she ignored me the whole time. The main problem this location is that employees are too busy and don't care the customer service aspects.

I was there for oil change after over 2 hours i ask what is going on with my car my service adviser told me my car was ready go pay after i paid i was keep waiting but for my car was not there i went ask ask again where is my car my service adviser point to me another car and ask me if that was my car i said no that is not my car i made a big mistake i ask for a manager someone took me to the service director office WOW what a rude and unfriendly person was he talked to me very rude i love to come in person and tell you all about it they told me they lost my car keys after another 45 mints finely i got my car i want to say the way your director of service treated me i didn't sleep the whole night i love to come next week and see Susan in person .Thanks

"Poor service "

Yesterday after waiting more the 3 hours and 40 minuets for an a oil change they call me to pick up my car when I get into the car I discovered there’s a water everywhere inside my car floor I ask the service adviser how the water get into my car he has no explanation after that I found out that it was raining and they left my windows open no apologies or explanation .very sad experience

He paid attentoin to my concerns and answered all of my questions. Springfield Toyota should be proud to have such a dedicated and pleasant individual representing their business. "Above and beyond - Paul Sonnhalter "

Paul Sonnhalter is nothing short of incredible. He always gets the job done regardless of how involved the job may be. Paul has taken care of my Prius for years and helped me to customize it by installing lowering springs, stabilizer bars and other performance enhancing features. Recently I asked Paul if he could do the same to my Honda CR-Z. (Not a Toyota). Paul literally bent over backwards to make it happen. The price and quality of work were exceptional. I’m Super-satisfied and will always go to Paul first regardless. He is the best of the best and an amazing ambassador for humanity because of his positive attitude and overall respect for all people. If Paul were to run for public office, not only would I vote for him but I would volunteer my time to support his campaign. Why? He’s all about doing things the right way and getting the job done. He is what’s great about America.

"Horrible customer service from Service Department"

Received a recalled notice from Toyota, called to schedule an appointment for the recall. First answer from Service team was they need 1 or 2 days to call me back to schedule an appointment. I waited 1 day without reply, called to service team again to follow up. Appointment is made 3 days after I called. Dropped of my car to the service woman at the dealership at the appointment time. Service woman told me that my car should be able to pick up in 3 to 4 hours. An hour after I left dealership, service woman called me that the dealership doesn't have the part for my recall service. I was so angry and frustrated because he should have checked his inventory when he scheduled appointment with me, and/or when I dropped off my car to him. What kind of customer service this dealership provided?! It wasted my time and delayed my recall service!!
