This is hands down the best service department I have ever dealt with. My side mirror needed to be replaced -4 months in and the delivery date from the distribution plant kept getting delayed. Donnie, Ja ever dealt with. My side mirror needed to be replaced -4 months in and the delivery date from the distribution plant kept getting delayed. Donnie, Jacob and Rodney called every Acura dealer trying to find me one. Finally- found one in Chicago. I had it installed the day it arrived. I have both my TL and ILX serviced there. Proctor is very fortunate to have such amazing people to represent them. Highly recommend - even if you did not buy a car from them. They treat you right !!! More
