The service was terrible. I had appt at 7:30 am didn't leave until 5:30 pm that's very unexceptable. Nobody was telling me nothing didn't offer me nothing. My service advisor, William, was excellent. I am handicapped and William helped me with my Rollator, and made sure I got seated properly in the waiting lounge. Terri Rutledge was terrific! Had a recall shortly after purchase. Had difficulty getting response to my calls from my service person, Wyatt Arrington . The recall problem was Honda's but I had to arrange and pay one way for transportation from the dealership which was across town. My main complaint is that the 2 inch thick Honda manual is impossible to figure out for someone who isn't a tech ace. The pictures explaining steps to be taken are dark and not readable. Nothing is intuitive! Ridiculous. Makes me remember fondly my Prius/Hybrid which had a short printed version of easily understood instructions with clear statements and pictures of what to do. More
