Personnel was extremely helpful, professional and efficient. They kept me informed as to what stage my visit was entering and I was quite surprised when they called my name as they had completed the work about 45 minutes before the anticipated completion time. The waiting room was very full on this day too! I even replied that I wasn't thru with the reading material that accompanied me for my little campout. I would happily recommend this business to EVERYONE! More

My buying experience with Bill Pierini was smooth and stress-free. Since this was my first new car, I was anticipating the worst, but Billy was so nice and made sure I understood everything before I purchased my Fit. He didn't hit me with hidden fees and I feel I paid a very fair price for my car (and got a great price on my trade-in). I've brought my Fit back to Proctor's Service Department several times for factory recalls and oil changes. Everyone there is so nice and helpful - the service is always prompt and I trust Proctor to do great work on my car. For my most recent appointment, I spoke with Dave on the phone and he was able to get me in the next day. I love Proctor's Service Department and will be bringing my Fit there for all of my service needs. Thanks, Proctor! More

Quick and Informing Yesterday, I went to Honda and they were very quick to let me know what my car needed and how long/how much it would be. I was in and out as fast as they could get my car done and ended up being even quicker than they anticipated. The service was great in the Service Department and those that helped me kept me informed throughout the whole time I was there. Also, when they didn't have the exact part needed for my car, they were quick to locate one across town and get it there as quickly as possible to serve me as fast as possible. Thanks to Sheila! More
Well trained service department I've been taking my Hondas to the Proctor Service Dept. for about 8 years and am very pleased with their honesty and service. I had some work done on my previous Honda and decided to replace the timing belt too at that time. A year later I brought my van in to have the timing belt replaced when the service rep mentioned he thought that I had that done earlier when I had repair work done. He looked up my service record and he saved me from having the belt replaced. Employee continuity and taking my vehicle to the same place for servicing saved me money. My last service for my 2014 Honda I mentioned that I was concerned about tire pressure. I had a blow out on my Ford truck because a tire company under inflated my tires. Before I left Proctor Honda, the service rep made a point of telling me she made sure the tires were checked and what the pressure was in each tire. I appreciated knowing that she really listened to me and understood my concern. More
Last Service experience. Proctor Honda's Service Department always handles any problem we have with our Accord and Pilot with promptness and quality service. Irresponsible customer service I've taken my car to Proctor Honda a few times and have received terrible service each time. About a year ago I took it in for an oil change and ment I've taken my car to Proctor Honda a few times and have received terrible service each time. About a year ago I took it in for an oil change and mentioned a few other problems that they should check (like parking brake light on, window not always rolling down). After waiting for 4 hours, they told me that they didn't do anything except change the oil. Another oil change took 2 hours. I learned from that never to use a dealership for an oil change. About a month ago, I took my car in because the air conditioning had stopped working. Despite making an appointment, they told me that they couldn't fix the air conditioning that day, and I should bring it in some other day in the morning so that they could check it out. So I brought it back the next week at 8 am, and took their shuttle service to work. I called midday to check on the progress, and they had no update. I called in the afternoon, still in their open hours, and no one answered. They kept my car overnight without telling me they were going to. Luckily, I found a ride home, but I had been planning on driving my own car home that day. The next day I called, and they told me the fix would be over $700, so I just had them shuttle me back to the dealership and picked up my car. When I asked why they never called to tell me they would be keeping my car overnight, they told me that my "service advisor" assigned to me had been gone all week. They had no idea what happened. I will never go back to Proctor Honda again. More
