I recently purchased a Honda Accord from Proctor Honda and I must say that this was by far the BEST experience I have EVER had. Not long after I was T-Boned and was fortunately pointed in his direction to purchase a new car. Kobe went above and beyond any expectations that I thought I had a surpassed them all. He was extremely friendly, VERY helpful and was always enthusiastic about helping me find the perfect car for me. He offered ideas and gave very good information. He was able to answer all of my questions with knowledge and guidance. He always followed through and reported back promptly. As I tried very hard to patiently deal with the insurance company and credit union. Numerous events happened during this 2 week process and Kobe and the rest of the Proctor Honda team attuned and did everything and MORE to get me in the car I wanted. I encourage anyone looking for a new car to go see Kobe at Proctor Honda I promise you won’t be disappointed. His customer service is beyond EXCEPTIONAL! More

Due to the age of the car, I have had two major services completed, both at Proctor Subaru. Jim Lutz has been very helpful and kind. When I had a leaking head gasket that required a lengthy service period, he provided me with a loaner car free of charge. He even put me in touch with someone to refinish my headlights and fix my upholstery tear. Thanks to Jim and Proctor Subaru, my car is in excellent shape. More
I moved to Tallahassee a year ago and have used Proctor Honda for all my CRV service needs. They are always so friendly and you don't have to wait long. I went to Proctor to look at cars to get a general feel for what I was interested in, and this dealership was the most inviting and helpful of all that I visited in Tallahassee. The salesperson, Jacob, was for what I was interested in, and this dealership was the most inviting and helpful of all that I visited in Tallahassee. The salesperson, Jacob, was phenomenal. He helped me narrow down my search to the best fit for me and brought around two great cars for me to drive around the lot. Jacob was informative without being the least bit pushy. Jacob Moreno seemed genuinely interested in putting me in a car that suited me. He was professional, polite, and efficient, and I found it to be a no-pressure environment. After having my car for almost a month, I can say that I feel as good (if not better!) about my purchase as I did a month ago. Your team is very professional, courteous and competent and go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I especially want to thank Victor Whaley, whom I have had the most contact and Brian Gorniak, with whom I had my most recent interaction. Both of these young men are an asset and enhance your company image. Please let them know that customers appreciate them. My daughter has a Honda and lives in Ellenwood, GA. She schedules some of her visits to Tallahassee around her car maintenance needs so that she can get service at Proctor Honda.
