I have a used Honda that was purchased in Atlanta (by a customer service rep for our credit union) for us. It came with a wobbly front seat. My husband and I bought a new Honda Accord on May 4th and received phenomenal service. I was a little hesitant buying a car in a town we were not familiar with since we are from Tampa and are used to the de received phenomenal service. But I was quite surprised at how nice everyone was especially our sales consultant, Terri. They came through with such exceptional service. We got the car we wanted and couldn't be happier. The service repesentative treated me and my car with respect. When I brought my car in, Brian explained to me what was planned for my car and the estimated cost. The car was ready, as he had said, soon after lunchtime. When I picked up my car, Brian told me everything that was done for my car and everything that I should keep an eye on. The charges were just as he had estimated. My car is definitely running more smoothly now and the cost was much less than I originally thought it would be. I will be back to Proctor's for service because Proctor's has earned my trust and given me a pleasant experience in giving my car the service it needed. More

I bought my new Honda Accord in March 2002 from Proctor Honda.It was a good investment! I have had almost zero problems and the few problems I've had were minor. Well that set me back about $4.00. Proctor Honda is where I purchased my car and they are the only people who have ever serviced it. I trust these guys! They don't push anything, they just tell me how things are and if I can get by for now without having to get new breaks or tires and such, then they will let me know if it's something that needs attention now. It's a comfortable feeling to know the people who service your car are not out to get anything they can. I do not ever get the feeling that "something is not right". I would love to have a new Honda but my 10 year old Accord is doing just fine. Besides, it's only got about 84,000 miles on it and running as good as it did when it was new. That's a really good thing because I'm not able to buy a new car now anyway LOL. I guess my main message here is Proctor Honda is a good place to purchase a car and get it serviced. I have zero, none, nadda a problem with Proctor Honda. They are a good group of honest people who want to make their customers pleased. I'll stay with them always. Mike Miller More
I developed an unexpected problem with my Honda Civic over the weekend and called Proctor Honda first thing Monday morning. I had the great fortune of dealing with Victor Whaley who invited me to bring over the weekend and called Proctor Honda first thing Monday morning. I had the great fortune of dealing with Victor Whaley who invited me to bring the car in as soon as I was able to. I had feared that it would take me several days to get an appointment but was very pleasantly surprised to learn that Proctor could take it that very morning. While he was waiting, Victor checked my service records and learned that I was past due on a few maintenance items. He greeted me when I arrived, had all the paperwork ready in a flash and I was on my way to work within minutes. During the day, he kept me apprised of the progress of the repairs and even called to advise me of other conditions that were noticed when the "hood was up." Victor was very honest in his opinion of whether the work had to be done now or could be deferred to a later date. In other words, he was not trying to sell my unnecessary repairs which I greatly appreciated. My car was ready when promised. The amount due was the same as what was quoted to me when he called. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and will not hesitate to return to Proctor Honda for service if the need arises. More
