My research for a new vehicle was exhaustive. My short list included the Honda Pilot. Of the many sales personnel with whom I dealt from the various dealerships, Obie was my favorite. My wife and I traveled form Panama City to purchase a 2002 Honda CRV. Soon after we arrived we were told someone had put a down payment on the vehicle we wanted. Thomas Oberman told us he would look for 2002 Honda CRV. Soon after we arrived we were told someone had put a down payment on the vehicle we wanted. In a very short time he found the exact car we wanted,color exterior and interior and with fewer miles than the original vehicle we were looking at. After shopping for several weeks for a new car, I went to the dealership hoping to find something I liked that fit into my price expectations. I met with Terri who was wonderful. Not only did she explain e the dealership hoping to find something I liked that fit into my price expectations. I met with Terri who was wonderful. Not only did she explain everything fully, but she also got me to test drive an Accord although I was adamant I wanted a CR-V. After driving the Accord, Terri was right, I loved it and decided to buy right then. Not only was Terri wonderful, but the deal I received was fabulous. I definitely would recommend Proctor Honda. The agent I worked with, David Siriani, was very knowledgeable and at all times helpful, patient, professional, and courteous in his approach to every aspect of my car-buying needs. I could tell that he genuinely wanted to help me find the right car for my needs at the right price for my budget. With his assistance and expertise, I was able to trade in my old car for just the right Honda at a very fair price. I was able to purchase an excellent extended warranty through the Financial Dept. at a very fair price, as well. I now look forward to working with the Service Dept. for all my car maintenance and repair needs. I couldn't be more pleased! More

Dave made this experience much smoother than most of our car purchasing ones. He was very courteous and patient. He is also very knowledgeable and was able to answer our Honda products questions without hes car purchasing ones. He was very courteous and patient. Service was ok, it was completed in a timely manner, but when we picked up our vehicle we noticed out Accord emblem was missing. After notifying the service person, we got the idea that their was nothing h when we picked up our vehicle we noticed out Accord emblem was missing. After notifying the service person, we got the idea that their was nothing he could do about it. We insure him that it was on the vehicle when we dropped it off, being that I had just washed it. Then the Service Manager said I know where it might be, come back with emblem. (found in wash area). He offered for us to come back if we could not glue the emblem ourselves, that he would try and glue it for us. They also called about a gear shift issue.We let them know that we were aware of the issue and to leave it alone. When we got the car home we noticed that their were clunks of piece picked out of the gear shift that were not their before. The problems was made greater by this, we knew what the original problem was with the gear shift, but now you employee tech made the problem worse. We took it in for the timing belt, not for anything else. More
