Doug Clifford was very kind, patient, and thorough. He is a phenomenal sales consultant who didn’t make me feel “pressured to buy”, unlike the sales consultant from the other leading dealer. Everyone from the person who greeted me and offered me a drink was extremely courteous and kind! The atmosphere in the dealership is very pleasant without the "hard sell" that most dealerships emit. Before coming to Proctor I did my homework and knew exactly what I should pay for my 2008 Honda Civic that I purchased with 31K miles on it. It had just come off of a lease. I contacted Proctor by email and worked with Billy Pierini (as several of my coworkers had made their purchases through him) and also Thomas Oberman. Before I even test drove the car I had the price negotiated and it was well within my range so there was no need to look any further. All I had to do was test drive and then before I knew it I was out of the door with my new Civic. Billy and Thomas were able to confirm maintenance records so I was able to rest assured I had a vehicle that was well maintained and properly cared for. I had an issue with the rear bumper on the car and Proctor was more than happy to take a look at it and fix it. Thanks Jason! My past experiences with the Proctor dealership, including purchase, lease, and service maintainence, have all been positive. My previous automobile (Honda CRV) was leased through Proctor, and I wa including purchase, lease, and service maintainence, have all been positive. My previous automobile (Honda CRV) was leased through Proctor, and I was treated very well by Terri Rutledge, the salesperson that I returned to see as the end of my current lease was approaching. She was very informative and professional, giving me options on comparable vehicles. Once I saw the beautiful red Accord coupe, however, I was in love and unable to fight off my desire for this vehicle. Terri and the financing manager worked with me to put together a lease package that I could afford. Proctor is the greatest, and I plan to continue to use their service department for my Accord, as well as return at the end of my lease for further options. More

Proctor has a great selection of vehicles to choose from and does not over sell the product which helps make the process mve forward at a reasonable pace. I just purchased a used 2008 Honda Civic 2-door automatic with 33,000 miles. The deal was very quick and our salesperson Kobe Pigot did an awesome job!
