I purchased my Honda CRZ through the use of USAA's car purchase program. Mike was on the phone the first day to let me know he was available if needed. Just introducing himself, no pressure. He always kept me informed on the status of my first choice and was very understanding when I abandon the thought of driving a manual with not so good knees. He was always so very pleasant. When I finally got to meet him he was great. He showed me my car and took me through all its whistles and even set up my phone for me. He was wonderful. Mike, the finance man, was the same way. I came in with the intention of buying a new Honda Coupe. I saw a 2009 certified Honda Coupe with 16,000 miles on it for $7,000 less than the new coupe. The first person we came in to contact with was David S and he was extremely helpful and friendly. We were on the lot for about 5 minutes before we were in a car and going out for a test drive. David was friendly and had exceptional knowledge about the car and answered any questions I had. I had test driven a few cars before and wasn’t allowed to take the vehicle on the interstate. When I asked David if I could he was more than willing to allow me. Once back at the dealership, coming to an agreement on a deal was painless and easy. Proctor Honda has made a Honda customer for life and for the duration of time that I live in Tallahassee I will shop exclusively at your dealership and will only recommend you to friends who are in the market for a car.
