Terri was very patient with us during the entire selection, and purchase of the Honda Pilot. We had vacillated back and forth over purchasing a new car or not of several months. She is very knowledgeable, and is a definite asset to the Proctor honda Dealership. When deciding to purchase a new car, we had decided between a Volvo XC60 and the comparably priced Honda Pilot. The Honda pilot had a few less "Toys" on it, but it had more comfortable seating arrangements, and a nicer ride to it. Honestly, we preferred the Honda for the product, and the dealership. We have a Honda Accord which we had purchased from Proctor Honda, and have had nothing but a positive reaction to how they worked with us. Proctor Honda, has been one of the best dealerships, and honest service departments that we have come across for quite a long time. More

I went to test drive a Fit knowing I was very interested in the car but not quite ready to purchase. Dave was happy to take me on a test drive and answer any questions I had. He was under the impression that I was back for a 2nd test drive but still not ready to purchase so again he did not pressure me, but just kept telling me all the great things about the Fit. I was so happy with his service and felt comfortable at Proctor Honda (as well as absolutely loving the car!) that I decided to purchase that day.
