My car was totaled and I had a very limited amount of time to find a new one. I utilized the internet inventory search and found a few vehicles I was interested in. After making my inquiry, I spent a significant amount of time on the phone with several Proctor employees. They stayed in constant contact with me, letting me know if a car I was interested in was sold and when a new one was coming in that met my criteria. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and informative, and after two days I had my perfect car. Despite knowing that I had limited time to find a car, no one ever pressured me and they went out of their way to assist me. The price was more than fair and it was a very positive experience. More

Brian in service was very attentive and thorough in assessing my needs to service my old car. He called to tell me how things were proceeding and when he found out there were more repairs needed than assessing my needs to service my old car. Jason Collins was very attentive and patient while I debated what to do. The business office was helpful as well. The sales kept in touch with the service department and made trading out the car needing repairs and that had already received some repairs easy. The sales person took the time to clean the car as the dealer retailers were gone by the time the new car was purchased. He did not rush us in making a decision in spite of the time. I can say this was the most positive experience I have had in purchasing a car. Every step of the way the Honda people were professional, kind, patient, and thorough. I had searched for a month for the best deal on a Honda Accord. In my search I came across Proctor Honda, which is actually 150 miles from my home. I then drove (past the dealer in my home town) to Proctor Honda. From the moment I walked into the showroom I was treated amazing. Terri Rutledge worked with me for over 4 hours, in the rain, until I found the Accord I that was best for me. I test drove over 7 Accords and Terri patiently explained all the options on each model I drove. One thing that I totally appreciated was that I was not pressured. I felt that the price was fair and I did not have to haggle with them. I even met the used car manager and still did not feel pressured, which to me is amazing. I will recommend Proctor Honda to everyone who wants a great experience in buying a car. This is my 4th Honda and when I need another Accord I will drive to Proctor no matter how far I live from this dealership. More

In the beginning, I consider different brand, include toyota, VW, GM, and Misubishi, but I often get highest price than others.
