I came in on a busy Saturday and Frank let me test drive a 2009 Civic LX 5-speed on two separate occasions the same day, no questions asked. I had narrowed my choices down to the Mazda3 and the Civic -- and the better deal and excellent service made me choose the Civic over the Mazda. I'm sure this car will last for many years to come. My appointment was at a late hour and they were closed by the time I made my decision but nobody pressured me. I had to obtain my partner's signature on some documents to finalize the sale and the folks at Proctor made that so easy to complete. I would buy from Proctor again and I'd request to work with Mark Poole. More
I am in the process of retiring and moving back to north Florida. I needed to feel confident in negotiating for and purchasing a new car more or less over the phone in order to have it awaiting my arrival. Wes Potter was extremely helpful and responsive. Everyone I dealt with at Procter was friendly and helpful. The purchase and pickup went smoothly and I am delighted with my new Honda Fit - which is averaging about 39 mpg on the highway! More

We have for years taken our Hondas to them for service and have not been disappointed. Chip Rommel and Zack Fuller are excellent service advisors and the overall quality of work in the service department is consistently excellent. Everyone who knew we were buying a car said to go to the Internet. We did check some sites to insure the price being offered by Proctor Honda was in the right ballpark, however, we felt that buying from a company we knew and have done business with was worth any price variation we might have been able to dig up... not to mention the basic concept of spend your money close to home! We know we will be purchasing another Honda in the next five years and we know we will go to Proctor Honda to do it. More
As always everyone at Honda was most gracious, knowledgeable and helpful in everyway. It''s why I always keep coming back. Tony kept me in the loop about a used car that I wanted. When I came, another young man was most helpful in describing the differences between my 2000 S2000 and the one I was looking at a 2006 S2000. More

It was a real pleasure doing business with Proctor Honda and in particular Frank Johnson. I was looking for a car for my son who had a gas hog jeep. I wanted something reliable and gas efficient. We had don and in particular Frank Johnson. I was looking for a car for my son who had a gas hog jeep. I wanted something reliable and gas efficient. We had done a great deal of research on the web and determined the Honda Fit was the best option. Frank met us at the door, took us on a test drive, and explained all the benefits. He even returned a call on his day off to accomodate us. The price was right on target and they gave me what I wanted for my trade-in. I felt like they wanted my business and worked hard to make a deal. I would highly recommend Proctor Honda, Frank Johnson, and Honda cars in general. When I look for my next car my first stop and probably my only stop will be at Proctor Honda to work with Frank Jonson. More

I contacted about 12 dealers via internet with specific criteria,(i.e.make, model, color, transmission, options, etc.), looking for the best approach, ability, desire, service and price to make our new car purchase a "hassle free", "no nonsense" experience - letting everyone have the same information, fully informing them all we were shopping around for an "out the door" price with a specific time line. Terri Rutledge @ Proctor replied immediately giving me their best price in a courteous, professional manner. One of my local dealers refused to even give me a price,(firm or otherwise), or make an effort to convince me as to why we should choose them. Another local dealer had excellent customer sales & relations and was hard to pin down for a price, (much less an "out the door" one). A dealer in a nearby town was courteous and gave me a price - via the old "four square" method - in a timely fashion, claiming they were the best dealer for our business, but were unavailable/unable to follow up with answers to questions or comparisons. Yet another nearby dealer was forth coming, competitive and yet pushy,(asked for a quote & got a contract...didn't respect our timeline). One dealer was responsive with good sales, customer relations, but the sales manager became irrate that his proposal was turned down and made a comment that "His dealership had never and could not be beat. They were the #_ rated dealership in the nation and no one could compete" - obviously, if they were that far down the list they could and had been beaten, lol. Some dealers had the price & no service, some had the service & no personality, some were honest, some were shady, others had no price but good service, honesty & personality. I could go on and on with the stories/experiences, but you get the idea. Proctor Honda had the total package, they listened, they were respectful, courteous, honest, upfront, service oriented, with down home hospitality - in other words, they got it and my business too! So, if you're in the market in the Southeast US - check Proctor Honda out for your next vehicle...they won't disappoint you. More

I sprained my ankle this morning before coming to have my Ridgeline serviced. Robert saw me hobbling to the center, then, moments later back to my car. He stopped me and asked to help. He went to my car, pul Ridgeline serviced. Robert saw me hobbling to the center, then, moments later back to my car. He stopped me and asked to help. He went to my car, pulled it closer to the service center, and brought me my phone (which I'd been hobbling to get). Not ten minutes later, as I was ensconcing myself to work in the VERY comfortable service area (with desks for people who want to work, a TV area for people who want to watch TV, a non-TV area, far enough away for those who would like to read quietly, and a coffee and snacks area free and available to all), I knocked over my coffee. I began to clean and Robert saw me. He came over, brought more towels, and insisted on cleaning the floor where coffee had spilled, even though I was already trying to do so. He then insisted on getting me more coffee--and brought it back with creamer and sweetener though I'd forgotten to mention either. I found out--in asking if there was a way to put in a thank you for his kindness--that he has recently lost his wife of many years and has been working at Proctor for 30 years. I am so thankful to Robert. He's made what is essentially a not-so-pleasant, and in my case, today, a painful experience, feel warm and comfortable. Thank you Robert! More
