The only real issue we had was our new vehicle was dirty when we picked it up. I spent almost an hour looking it over making the sales person wipe spots off the seats, dash, and exterior. It was a factory demo so it had been used but we were told their detail department would clean it up. The sales person even had the nerve to swear to me it had been cleaned. There is no way because there were bugs still on the mirrors and front grill, what looked like soda and some sort of food splattered on the seat and center drink holder, and a bright blue (what looked like marker) spot on the back seat. I was very disapointed in the detail job. Closing on the purchase should have only taken an hour and a half but instead it toook 2 and a half hours because I had to clean the car first. Other then that I feel we got a good price and were not pressured into buying anything. More
Received a very good price on the new vehicle (2009 Ridgeline). Would like to have got a better price on my trade-in but that wasn't the salesman's fault. Overall experience was excellent. This is the second honda civic me and my wife have purchased from Proctor Honda. They are very helpful and willing to work with the customer. This is the second time I have dealt with Mike on buying a car and it was just as good if not better then the first time. I was willling to drive to Proctor to buy my new car even thow I have a honda dealership in my home town because the sales team there is so much better. Mike and Patrick were not pushy and did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable with terms, price, and even comfortable just waiting on paperwork to get done. I bought my new Honda Fit at Proctor Honda about a month and a half ago. (And I feel bad about waiting this long to write a review, but I’ve just been having so much fun driving my car, I’ve hardly at time and a half ago. I had never bought a new car before, and I had never bought a car on my own (and being a young girl, I wasn’t sure what to expect as far as that goes...), but the whole thing was extremely easy and stress-free. Actually, the whole process of researching cars and narrowing down my choices before I actually went into the dealership was 300 times more stressful than any part of the actual buying process. I think it was so easy mainly because of the people at Proctor Honda. They are extremely nice, patient, thoughtful, and not at all pushy. Mark Poole (my sales rep) and Tony Heiberger (the sales manager) were wonderful, and they worked with me to get a great deal. (I had found a lower price elsewhere, and they were more than willing to match it. They actually gave me a slightly lower price than the other guy.) The finance department was great, too. They worked hard to get me a low APR (despite being a first-time financer) and were patient while I asked a million questions. Overall, I had a great experience at Proctor Honda, and I would recommend them in a heartbeat! More
This was my fifth new car transaction with this dealership over the last several years.AS usual I do my homework before I go in...I have a price that I am not willing to go above ( which they do no dealership over the last several years.AS usual I do my homework before I go in...I have a price that I am not willing to go above ( which they do no know )...and every time their first offer has been below that price, and better than other offers I have received. I don't like "haggling", and I don't like being played for a fool. I ask for their best deal...and seem to get it, with no pressure or "tricks". Doing business with Proctor was nothing short of great. Like most people, I shopped 3 different Honda dealers even though Proctor’s is my local dealer. It was nothing against them, or my salesman, Mark Poole, I just had to make sure I was getting the best deal. They were not pushy at all and they even encouraged me to challenge their offer. When all was said and done, I got the best price on my new Honda in Tallahassee thanks to the Proctor Honda Low Price Assurance. The other dealers just could not match their final price. The paperwork process was fairly easy and best of all, there were no surprises when I got into the fi nance office. I look forward to doing business with this dealer in the future. Thanks! More
They gave us a good price on a new Fit but couldn't help with trade-in value of our old car. Also their loan offer wasn't as good as what our bank offered. They were accommodating by letting us sell our old car ourselves for cash at the dealership and using that as partial down payment. It worked out well, but it was a bit of a hassle. They were not forthcoming with any free extras, such as floor mats, and they wouldn't remove their ridiculous $300 delivery fee for "paperwork". We'll likely shop around again for our next car and I will recommend others do the same. More
Dave is a very patient man. I needed a car very badly mine was on it's last leg. Dave showed me car after car after car. He was alway available and he always had a smile on his face. He came into the dearlership on his day off for the closing which I was 4 hours late for. He never gave up. I am so happy with my new Honda. It is so nice to go out in the morning and start my car and not have to sit for 5 minutes before I could back out. I was not happy with the price which Dave didn't have anything to do with. I know he had to go to whom ever was in charge. Both my loan officer and my mechanic said it was a good car but I paid too much for it. I would recommend the Honda dealership and Dave Saba as the best place to buy a car in Tallahassee. Thanks so much! Barb Smith More

It was not until I saw the Honda Pilot and talked with Andy Scott and drove the Pilot that I fell in love with it. It had many more features for the price than I had imagined being able to include in my purchase. Andy was very patient and not "pushy" or over anxious to make a sale, which impressed me. He was always courteous and helpful and considerate. After our initial discussion about the financing, I was concerned that we would not be able to come to an agreement, but between Andy, Tony Heiberger (Sales Mgr.) and Patrick Williams (Finance Mgr.) working HARD to find a way, we settled on a 36 mo. lease/purchase deal that fit my budget and made my heart happy. After driving the Pilot for four days now, I am even more thrilled with the vehicle, its comfort, its ride, and its amenities. And, oh, my teenage grandchildren also LOVE it (especially the technical gadgets and the XM radio system!) I have owned Ford Explorers and a Toyota Highlander in recent years, and, although I liked them all, I know I will LOVE this automobile. It may even be my "forever" car! Thanks, Honda! More
