Proctor Honda

After researching onlne and locally for a new car, I spent several days visiting various dealerships in town, looking at and driving several vehicles and talking with different salespeople. It was not until I saw the Honda Pilot and talked with Andy Scott and drove the Pilot that I fell in love with it. It had many more features for the price than I had imagined being able to include in my purchase. Andy was very patient and not "pushy" or over anxious to make a sale, which impressed me. He was always courteous and helpful and considerate. After our initial discussion about the financing, I was concerned that we would not be able to come to an agreement, but between Andy, Tony Heiberger (Sales Mgr.) and Patrick Williams (Finance Mgr.) working HARD to find a way, we settled on a 36 mo. lease/purchase deal that fit my budget and made my heart happy. After driving the Pilot for four days now, I am even more thrilled with the vehicle, its comfort, its ride, and its amenities. And, oh, my teenage grandchildren also LOVE it (especially the technical gadgets and the XM radio system!) I have owned Ford Explorers and a Toyota Highlander in recent years, and, although I liked them all, I know I will LOVE this automobile. It may even be my "forever" car! Thanks, Honda! More

Received a very good price and they worked with us on delivery of the model and color, etc. we wanted. Everything about the dealership was 1st rate. Had a small problem with out bank and the financial person was very, very helpful to resolve the problem. We highly recommend this dealership, and all the individuals we worked with. Go to others and then deal with them!! More

This experience was by far the most plesant car purchasing experience I've ever had. Mark was fantastic. He was not pushy, very knowledgeable and thorough. He located a CR-V in the color and model that we wanted and had it delivered within a couple of days. Using plain language he explained the deal and worked within the price range that we could afford and wanted. He did not pressure us to take a vehicle on his lot or take options that we did not want or need. We were very excited when we saw our vehicle for the first time and was happy that we waited for the color we selected. Patrick was equally helpful in explaining the extended warranty coverage which we purchased. We've purchased several Hondas and Acuras over the years from the Proctor Dealerships and appreciate their straight forward manner and exceptional friendliness. They have always gone out of their way to help us with purchase and service issues. More
