Went in for an oil change but they found 2 nails in a tire with low pressure. Unexpected cost but they were able to fix it at a reasonable cost and were able to fix all dealer recalls. My battery was on its last leg and being under three yrs old with only 27,800 miles it was covered under the warranty. They asked that I come back the next day which I did and they had it finished within t old with only 27,800 miles it was covered under the warranty. They asked that I come back the next day which I did and they had it finished within three hours. They had to put it on a machine to verify it was a bad battery fir the warranty. All people I had contact with were great, very professional! More

We bought our first Honda from Proctor 20 years ago. That Accord is still going strong. When our daughter wanted to buy her own car, of course Proctor came through. Great cars. Great service. My husband and I took our vehicle to Proctor due to a recall notice. Upon entering the service department, NO ONE acknowledged us. We just stood there like we were ghost. We walked to Parts and asked for recall notice. Upon entering the service department, NO ONE acknowledged us. We just stood there like we were ghost. We walked to Parts and asked for the Service Department. The gentleman directed us back to the area which we had left. We again stood there until a lady who had returned from outside ask if we had been helped. Yes, we are BLACK. However, this is not the way to operate a business. We do have a Honda, but personally, I am a Nissan Girl. We would have never been treated that way at Kraft! More
