I brought my car to the dealer for regular maintenance. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up and he went to get the service consultant. I was in and out in about 45 min. I trust HONDA to make sure my car is in perfect condition. Bruce Ford was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable . He went over the multi-point vehicle inspection. I needed front brakes but didn’t have time to wait as I had another appointment . I noticed the drivers side wiper was torn when I was leaving. I had asked BRUCE to have them check a noice that I was hearing on the right wiper. He said it was ok. When I turned on the wipers and found the defect I went back immediately. Bruce had the blades replaced at no charge. I was greatly appreciative that he showed concern and saw to it to satisfy this customer. He went above and beyond to help me! He was awesome!!!!! More
