Always Reliable I have been using Proctor since I bought my first car in 1972. Through the years I have come to trust and depend on Proctor sales and service more and I have been using Proctor since I bought my first car in 1972. Through the years I have come to trust and depend on Proctor sales and service more and more. My husband and I love our Hondas and would not take them anywhere else for service. Christopher Glaze is extremely nice in the service department. When it's time for a new car, we will return to Proctor sales. Sometimes I think the price for service is high, but I don't mind paying for good, reliable service. More

Service department Mr. Chuck Browning was contacted to schedule routine maintenance on car. He informed me his appointment times were full but said I could bring car nex Mr. Chuck Browning was contacted to schedule routine maintenance on car. He informed me his appointment times were full but said I could bring car next day to work into his schedule. After completion of work, I asked about updating navigation system as I don't have a smartphone or updated computer to download programs to car. He said to call for date/time to do work and they would had a shuttle driver to take me home & bring back when done. Mr. Browning is a very personable; good listener and very helpful to his senior clients. Proctor is very fortunate to have him onboard in their service department! More
