All of the staff appeared My experience at Proctor Honda was very positive, warm and the staff’s approach was very professional, but not overbearing. All of the staff appeared busy serving other customers on a Saturday afternoon. I walked out of the lobby area, got in my car and thought “perhaps i’ll come back at a time they’re likely to be less busy.” I also felt that at least someone could have said, “ someone will be with you shortly, I apologize for your wait.” As I was pulling off in my car, a saleswoman (Allie) appeared, and I rolled down my window, we exchanged information. I felt a lot better. When I went back into the dealership 2 days later, a different salesperson approached me. But because of Allie’s warmth towards us on Saturday, I expressed to the salesman that Allie is who I wanted to see. She, in my opinion, earned the opportunity to sell us a vehicle. As they say, the rest is history. We made a purchase on Tuesday. I like the fact Allie (saleswoman) wasn’t overbearing, but was warm, courteous and helpful. The fact that she didn’t let us leave the lot without making contact with us left a positive impression. The one negative was that while the vehicle was new, the wash/detailing and cleaning of the tire rims and etc was lacking to say the least. My wife had to request the suv be washed/cleaned again because the initial job was poorly done at best . More
