Proctor Honda has the worst service department ever. The service received today reminds me why I do not service my car there. Despite the car being under warranty, I purposely let the issues pile u The service received today reminds me why I do not service my car there. Despite the car being under warranty, I purposely let the issues pile up, as past experience since the purchase of my 08 Accord were never great. Since I had been receiving endless reminders of a recall, I finally decided to take the car in. Gave them a laundry list of issues with my car. After a few hours, I receive a phone call from Jason. Not surprising, the only issue fixed was the recall. The excuse, we couldn't replicate any of the issues. When I asked how much effort was put into it, I was told that the mechanic has a family to feed; therefore, he can't be tied up on one car. Just within the Proctor Dealership, I have owned a Honda and an Acura, and for business, a Subaru. I have nothing but great things to say about the service departments for Proctor Acura and Proctor Subaru, but unfortunately I can say the same about Proctor Honda, which has the worst service department ever. After picking up the car, and while heading back to work I started reading the findings to my laundry list. Not surprisingly, the person that checked me in (not Jason as he was nowhere to be found for my 8:30am appointment) did not accurately write down what I was in for. The most concerning items outside of the recall were: 1) I indicated that about 1/10 times the Backup Camera comes up Black and White, and then after a few seconds it changes to color. The service order says: “Backup Camera Display Blank”. Findings: Could not duplicate customer concern (uhhmm, I wonder why the mechanic can't duplicate the issue) 2) I indicated that about 5/10 times the passenger side sliding door was either not closing properly (i.e. latching) or the door sensor needed to be adjusted as the car would start beeping while moving and I would have to disable the automatic door for the beeping to go away. The service order says: “Passenger side rear sliding door will not lock” (Again, uhhmm wonder why the mechanic can't duplicate the issue) So obviously what I brought the car in for was not inspected as the service advisor did not accurately relay the message. Once again, I wasted my time at Proctor Honda. More

Routine service visit I had an appointment for an oil change and the dealer recommended service. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and asked how I could be helped. I explained that I was there for an oil change and routine service. The service was completed in the amount of time I was told (about an hour) and my car was cleaned. Everything was covered under the service contract. I'm extremely happy with the service department! I've got nothing but good things to say about Proctor Honda! More
