Excessive repair costs were also suspected for three prior service visits. As loyal Honda owners, we need to take our business elsewhere. We can no longer trust the fairness of their service costs. It was such an experience that, it alone, will probably convince me to buy my next car at that dealership. He understood exactly what we wanted and did not push for anything else. The whole purchase process took just over an hour, which is a rarity in itself. Sent my college aged son there for a tire repair. They kept him there for over 6 hours, never offered him a ride to class or anywhere else. Said he needed a new tire and it was me who suggested that They kept him there for over 6 hours, never offered him a ride to class or anywhere else. Said he needed a new tire and it was me who suggested that maybe we should buy two. After that the service adviser never suggested balancing tires - that was my suggestion. At the end of the day it was over $500 because they found other things that needed to be done to the tires. All of this and they never came out to speak to him or update him on time frames.....terrible service. I called and left messages for the service manager and never received a call back. I felt that they took advantage of him being a college student with parents that were out of state, I will find somewhere else to take our vehicle while he is in Tallahassee. More

Their technicians are very thorough and apparently have the training to find a problem and fix it! I'm very impressed with this service dept. and will continue to use them although I live in Thomasville, Ga where there is a different Honda dealership. More
