The Best! As people who know me can attest to, I don't drive anything other than a Honda. 2nd Worst Service in Tallahassee I have twice tried to get service from this dealership for a Honda Fit. First, because of an air conditioning problem they could never figure out. Sec I have twice tried to get service from this dealership for a Honda Fit. First, because of an air conditioning problem they could never figure out. Second, to replace a defective air bag. It has been over a year, the air bag is still not replaced, and I have been given the run around treatment. Call a phone number,. Wait 3 days for a return call. Phone message to call again. This process repeated for months. Dropping off a car here is a pain also. They are usually late taking keys. The online scheduling requires that you pick "minder" services that you probably don't want. Proctor Honda seems to want to be as irritating as possible. More

Quick service in comfortable setting. I took my wife's CRV in for routine servicing. The Service Dept. did all the routine services (oil change, tire rotation etc.) in short order. They also pointed out that her tires were starting to show wear and then did a courtesy car wash, too. Service like that from people you trust is tough to beat. P. S. I also enjoyed their snacks and coffee while I was waiting. More

We were looking for a 2017 Ridgeline RTL, but had an absolutely terrible experience at our local Panama City Honda dealership so we called Proctor Hon We were looking for a 2017 Ridgeline RTL, but had an absolutely terrible experience at our local Panama City Honda dealership so we called Proctor Honda in Tallahassee. Stewart took our call originally and was extremely friendly and very helpful. He said the vehicle we wanted was in stock, but had a contract pending. He said he would check incoming inventory and/or see if he could find us the Ridgeline we wanted. He called us back later that night to tell us the contract fell through and since he would not be in the next day arranged for another sales associate, Terri Rutledge, to meet with us. When we arrived, every single person we met was very friendly and extremely helpful. While we were waiting on Terri to finish with another customer, another salesperson named Mary took the time to go over the features of the vehicle, show us the list of options, and answered our questions. Terri then took over and handled our entire sale process with no pressure and knew the answer to every question we had on the vehicle. She made the entire process very quick and easy. I can't say enough about how great our experience was at Proctor. We are in our 60's and have bought many cars over the years at many different dealerships. I would rate Proctor as our best buying experience ever. THANK YOU Proctor! You should all be proud of your company's customer service! More
