Obie promptly sent an email back and then followed it up with a phone call. I test-drove 10 different cars (pre-owned and new) over the next couple of days (they are closed on Sundays), and asked Obie approximately 1,001 questions. He was very professional, friendly, courteous and infinitely patient with all of my questions (and test-drives). There was no pressure at all to purchase a car, and I was able to take my time and concentrate on finding the car that would suit me the best. With Obie's help, I found the perfect Honda for me and I am very happy with the whole car-buying experience. When it came time to do the paperwork, my husband and I were introduced to Patrick Williams, who was also friendly and professional, and he very efficiently moved us through the buying process. Donny was very helpful and I enjoyed working with him on buying my new car. I also worked with him in 2006 when I bought my first Honda. The night I came to test drive the vehicle I was interested, my Mom and I were disappointed that 1) Donny was not even given the message that we were coming, and 2) we were basically ignored. It was much different from our first visit in 2006 when everyone at Proctor was great and the customer service from every person we encountered was wonderful. The manager even came to greet us in 2006. This time, though, no one payed us any attention. I was very happy to see Donny on the day I bought my car and very impressed, once again, with his knowledge and cheerful personality. Donny Young is a fantastic salesman and I hope that he will always be available for anything I may need when working with Proctor. More

I came to the dealership in the pouring rain with the intent of just looking. Terry was wonderful, and didn't mind going in the rain to retrieve the vehicles for a test drive. Being a recent grad, I was weary of going to a large, well-known dealership, for fear that'd I'd get turned down, and not helped adequately with my purchase, but the team at Proctor Honda was just awesome. Smooth transaction. This was the 2nd Honda I have bought from them. Staff very friendly, internet pricing seemed to be just a lead in. Getting the internet price not an easy thing to do. Extended warranty pushed a bit to hard but that was the salesmans job.
